The River Conder flows into the Lune Estuary at Conder Green. At this point both rivers are tidal, and the nearby road to Glasson Dock often floods. I'd cycled here from Lancaster, passing the favourite cyclists' venue at Conder Green, Café d'Lune [sic].

A walk on 20th February 2012 from Claughton in the Lune Valley to the wind turbines on Caton Moor, and back to the valley at Brookhouse.
