A day (mostly) above the fog. Bus to Claughton brick works, then over Caton Moor and Ward's Stone and walking back to Lancaster.

    Thank you, Simon. It was memorable scenically, even if the sun proved quite elusive, and it was hardly shorts and T-shirt weather. Worst bit was dropping down into the fog again to commence the hour's trot back to Lancaster on tarmac in the chilly darkness. At least there was no further temptation to stop for photographs!
