Cycle ride from Lancaster to Jubilee Tower & over the Trough of Bowland, then via Slaidburn to the high point at Cross o' Greet (427m), on to Wray and home via Caton, the Lune Valley cycle path, the new Lune Aqueduct link, and the canal.
